The Inbound Sales Representative is a consultative professional sales position. Agents in this position are responsible for the sale of residential cable, internet, home phone, and home management services.
In this role, the candidate will work with technical staff to provide customers with job site assessments, application solutions and plans, equipment sizing, professional quote writing, credit authorization assistance, problem resolution, and follow-through.
In this role, the selected candidate oversees all territory renovation/redevelopment projects including but not limited to project management, due diligence, product sourcing, selection, and request for product (RFP)/Quoting.
The person hired for the position of field Sales/Account Representative will be responsible for securing end customer specification position and territory converter sales success for the EAS portfolio of products including Thermal Management, EMI/EMC Solutions, E-Bonding, Bumpons, Electronic Tapes and Adhesives, and PSA solutions.
In this role, the selected candidate will maximize new business opportunities with physicians and other health service providers;engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient.
The selected candidate will work with the Director of Business Development implement and strategize marketing plans for the facility, Develop relationships with professionals who will refer patients to the hospital, i.e. physicians, therapists, case managers and social workers.
This position is a high volume B2B selling, customer maintenance, and customer retention opportunity. It requires balancing current customer needs and retention, along with gaining new customer through active prospecting and networking.
