Manages, develops and executes work processes that investigate accidents and/or injuries, prepares necessary documentation, including incident reporting, root cause analysis and recommend appropriate measures to eliminate or mitigate reoccurrence.
Lead Process Safety Management (PSM) program implementation improvements through sharing and facilitating best practices among different plants and by creating the best means and/or channels for communications to serve this purpose.
Coordinates and leads site safety and health inspections, audits, assessments and industrial hygiene surveys to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices, as well as corporate procedures and policies.
Complete safety and reliability trainer training and deliver onsite training. Provide regular project status briefings, including reporting on past and planned activities, identified risks, and mitigation plans.
Ensure periodic monitoring is performed, as needed, in work areas for noise levels, hazardous chemicals, electrical safety, work exposures, etc., to ensure worker safety and compliance with all environmental, industrial hygiene and safety regulations.
