Continually inspect contractor work to assure that job schedules are maintained and that work is being performed safely, efficiently, and per design specifications and be responsible for testing and acceptance of work performed by the contractor.
Observes and ensures construction practices as required for compliance of construction operations/execution with federal, state, and local codes, industry standards, company procedures, and contractual requirements.
Design, plan and oversees installation and maintenance of wireless radio communications systems, including radio propagation modeling and prediction, microwave path analysis, interference analysis, frequency coordination, cell site equipment layout, parameter definition, and ancillary equipment.
Maintain compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations; manage test and audit programs to qualify suppliers to applicable requirements; develop and qualify new materials, parts and processes to meet requirements.
Assist in the review and of detailed Project schedules of Supplier processes as they relate to the manufacture of component hardware; provide support on-site at Supplier locations during the manufacture of components as required.
