The Business Analyst will participate in tasks ranging from requirements gathering to stakeholder management and liaising between business and technical teams. The role will work directly with key stakeholders and end-users from across the business.
Works closely with business stakeholders and staff to identify application development solutions, new or modified programs, re-use of existing code through the use of program development software alternatives, or integration of purchased solutions or a combination of the available alternatives.
The Business Analyst effectively facilitates the gathering, analysis, prioritization and categorization of complex business requirements in the revenue business lines s/he supports; leads and directs business teams in medium to large projects creating new business solutions or enhancements to existing business solutions.
Performs business and systems analysis to accurately capture business and system requirements. Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
