Maintain compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations; manage test and audit programs to qualify suppliers to applicable requirements; develop and qualify new materials, parts and processes to meet requirements.
Take ownership of customer and partner issues through resolution and provide enterprise level technical support to our customers and partners via phone, email, web and other support channels as required.
Assist in the review and of detailed Project schedules of Supplier processes as they relate to the manufacture of component hardware; provide support on-site at Supplier locations during the manufacture of components as required.
