The Control Engineer III provides technical information and leadership to others working on a project to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design requirements; troubleshoots engineering related installation problems; acts as a liaison with the client and/or owner regarding the project process.
This position is responsible for project management and project management support on an as needed bases. The selected candidate will proposing and evaluating manufacturing processes and equipment for assigned areas of the plant.
Responsible for developing control strategies for manufacturing processes throughout the value stream. Primary improvement focus efforts will span safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity alike.
This person will provide design engineering for small design projects (under $25,000) or part of a larger more complex project.She/He will be also providing designs for automation systems including a list of quantities and types of materials used.
This position will support utilities, recovery, and water treatment plant operations. The primary focus will be in the utilities area with the position responsible for fuel and electrical optimization, energy calculations, process troubleshooting, coordination of trials and process improvements to help make operations safe, environmentally compliant and cost effective.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing engineers and designs of large projects for the development of conceptual design, project PFD's, P&ID's, specifications, calculations, design basis documents, system studies and construction drawings.
