The Operations Manager I monitors teller staffing and works in a teller window as needed to provide excellent service. The Operations Manager I sets the tone for the center by creating an inviting and positive work environment. The Operations Manager I communicates effectively with tellers and models proactive problem solving with customers.
In this role you will works closely with support staff (hr, finance, facilities, safety, it and other sr. Operations managers) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area, as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives.
