In this role, you will be responsible for planning for new business with applicable equipment and plant space needs, capital equipment programs, tooling, CNC machining and assembly operations, new product launches, new processes.
Management responsibilities include supervision of design and drafting staff, coordination with clients and associates, and organization of design and construction administration activities to meet established schedules and budgets.
In this position, you will provide engineering support of ongoing and new operations and supports organizational and facility goals and objectives. The Reliability Engineer will provide mechanical reliability support to the plant by performing engineering analysis and calculations and assisting with plant troubleshooting.
Searching for an individual, who has experience in CNC machining operations, CNC programming, tooling, control plans, CAD, process controls, job costing, FMEA, CNC grinding, gearing, lean manufacturing, etc.
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading design efforts supporting mechanical system development, fabrication, and deployment. The successful candidate will interface with principal investigators, management, engineers, fabricators, and test campaign personnel.
Responsible for determining the operations required for fabrication and assembly of products by reviewing parts drawings, specifications and other engineering data. Plan, schedule, conduct and co-ordinate phases of major engineering projects. Develop sequence of operations, estimate time requirements for each and prepare operations sheets. Act as an internal consultant providing technical guidance on most complex projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for design, development, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems. Performs engineering design evaluations. May develop a range of products. Recommends alterations to development and design to improve quality of products and/or procedures.
