In this role, the engineer will be responsible for developing core applications, consulting with product owners and other engineers to define architectural plans that identify functional & non-functional quality goals and balance test coverage with time to market.

Work with other technical groups including information systems, data reduction and data analysis software developers; collaborate with software developers at other international facilities and from the scientific user community.
Responsible for supporting the existing infrastructure and developing new technologies based on company needs; maintain and enhance existing MS Access applications and integration of all internal systems.
Develop and recommend security designs and frameworks for technology systems by defining process and architecture for creating secure networks, systems, and applications. Is experienced using common architectural reference models and tools such as TOGAF and SABSA.
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code in different project types (MVC, web jobs, console applications, etc.). Work with other developers, designers and product/business managers to develop new features consistent with product roadmap while following all coding standards.

The qualified candidate should have experience in APQP, FMEA, PPAP, Control Plans, SPC, ISO90000, root cause analysis and corrective action, continuous improvement, machining operations, customer quality, CMM programming, process controls, etc.
Use advanced characterization techniques such as synchrotron X-Ray diffraction, neutron diffraction, and atom probe tomography to characterize phase transformations occurring during additive manufacturing of structural materials
The Quality Engineer Outage Services will support the Quality System needs of the Outage Services Division and provide a resource for developing and implementing good Quality practices while supporting the Divisions overall business objectives.
Management responsibilities include supervision of design and drafting staff, coordination with clients and associates, and organization of design and construction administration activities to meet established schedules and budgets.
