The Regional Direct Sales Manager is responsible for profitable sales of multiple brands of AMI windows and siding (Alside, Gentek, Revere) to independent distribution, national accounts, and direct window dealers within a defined territory.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead and drive the business with a balanced approach through keen insight into the P&L, local market/competitive knowledge and consistently acquiring customer feedback.
In this role, the selected candidate will supervise Pharmacy Managers to operate an efficient pharmacy and execute against the district/company business plans/objectives to achieve sales, script growth, margin and profitability and hold entire team accountable.
The positions is to lead, manage, and coordinate the Group Quality System (lean manufacturing) and align with new customer requirements as necessary in the Southern Region facilities. This position will help promote and sustain a culture of continuous improvement that will result in cost savings, quality improvements, and safety improvements.
The Sales Manager will be primarily accountable for both managing existing accounts in the area and driving new business development efforts, as well. It will be about a 50/50 mix of both account management and new business development.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead development of productive relationships with key customers; utilize comprehensive customer knowledge to create and execute customer/region plan as well as short- and long-term planning.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide market feedback to management regarding sales trending, competitive presence, opportunities and threats; maintain and grow relationships with key manufacturer representatives in existing territory.
