Manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned functional areas/regions. Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all of the assigned internal and external customers.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing home health aide competency evaluations and in-service in accordance with federal guidelines; responsible for monitoring satisfaction surveys to identify trends and resolve problem areas.
Responsible for integrating evidenced based clinical practice into the patient care setting, coordinating education of staff and patients and serving as a clinical resource and consultant to the health care team.
In this role, you will work with foster children, their family/guardian, and foster parents to ensure the provision of comprehensive case management services. Must be able to conduct intake placements, advocate for clients in court, conduct home visits, assess needs of children and families, transport clients as required, and complete required paperwork. Must be able to manage crisis situations as they arise.
