The Product Manager position is responsible for managing software applications throughout their lifecycle. This role is an intersection between business operations, technology solutions and the end-user experience.

In this role, you will develop, maintain and adapt system resources to changing customer needs to whether it is interaction with the System Status Manager or staffing an ambulance or wheelchair van during times of unanticipated system surges.
The Manager communicates the objectives and vision of the company to the staff and is an example of leadership. Supervision includes Customer Service, Instructor staff, building facility, network infrastructure, staff communications and development as well as ensuring Marketing and Sales campaigns are communicated to the team.
In this role, the selected candidate will deliver segment and program revenue and contributed profit to exceed objectives; refine and own segment scorecard, including financial and other performance metrics as applicable (brand awareness, consumer share, etc.).
In this role, you will conduct plant inspections to ensure safe work practices and if necessary, corrective action to assure that procedures and practices are being followed (Responsible for compliance to OSHA and the Provincial Occupational Health and Safety Act).
The Operations Manager has complete responsibility for inbound operations, outbound operations or a functional process responsibility within the fulfillment center on a specified shift or across multiple shifts.
In this role, you will identify and drive process improvements, owns special projects and is responsible for management and reporting of revenue and billing events ensuring proper documentation for a particular region.
In this role, you will demonstrate strong leadership with the ability to influence and motivate cross functional teams to gain their cooperation and engagement for overall product strategy and execution.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations and assignments of the hotel staff; assist the General Manager in the development and communication of departmental strategies and goals.
