As an Associate Manager, Food Safety and Microbiology for Hills Pet Nutrition, you will be responsible for ensuring food safety integrity through the development, management and improvement of the food safety programs for all Hills manufacturing sites.
In this role, you will be responsible to perform frequent site safety audits to identify all non-compliance equipment and/or processes at the site. Implement solutions to eliminate exposure to these risks and prevent injury at other FCs.
In this role, you will be responsible for the Patient Safety Program and supports the Risk Management Plan. Identifies improvement opportunities and participates in Patient Safety performance improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with a site operations team in a fulfillment center to execute company safety policies and ensure compliance to all applicable local and regional regulations.
