The Product Manager will provide leadership, direction, evaluation and decisions to ensure successful management and development of all quality and utilization management programs including retrospective DUR and adherence solutions.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide oversight of the customer audit hosting program and the remote audit program; responsible for hosting audits conducted by the company customers and for hosting regulatory inspections.
In this role, the selected candidate formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other staff managers to maximize product quality and minimize costs.
In this role, the selected candidate will define and implement quality improvements to improve operations and unit cost; investigate and analyze quality problems, recommending solutions and following up to ensure corrective actions are put in place.
Lead and facilitate performance improvement projects using a combination of improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma; partner with stakeholders in the development of project plans that align with standards set forth by accreditation/regulatory agencies and with the Annual Business Plan.
In this role, you will establishes the quality governance model with suppliers/vendors. Identifies, initiates and follows through on actions for quality and is responsible for influencing the organization on quality issues.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing a Quality Assurance Program to ensure compliance is maintained with federal, state, county contracts, grants, accrediting bodies, labor laws and documentation retention requirements.
