In this role, you will be responsible for
supports and adheres to personnel policies and programs which specify privileges and responsibilities of employment, including compliance with an adverse incident reporting system, quality improvement program, patient safety initiatives, and risk management program.
Ideal candidates for this role will be responsible for human Resource, IT (regarding teleconferences, webinars and assisting with troubleshooting), Strategic Planning, Accounting (track client charges and billing, AP's and AR's) Facility Management, and support both Attorney and Support Staff.
In this role, you will be responsible for the review and analysis of patient's medical charts and assigning the appropriate diagnoses (ICD-9 & ICD-10), CPT and HCPCS codes to the highest level of specificity in accordance with CMS regulations in a variety of clinical cases and services; input of codes assigned to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform.
The Office Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for managing the administration of the office's overall day-to-day operations, including, but not limited to, human resources, financial and strategic planning, marketing, IT, learning and development, space and facilities management, support staff management, attorney support, and various other administrative duties.
