Manages the sales incentive plan design and administration functions for the business unit. Manages analysis of competitive sales compensation data, the development of variable pay targets and compensation ranges, and the evaluation of compensation plan effectiveness. Manages administration of sales incentive payouts and develops and administers policies and procedures.
