Communicates with lead project manager and/or functional area manager regarding status of specific projects. Monitors budget/spending. May provide guidance and coaching to lower level employees in organizational methods.
The chosen candidate will lead and join a team that is responsible for bringing marketing initiatives to life for the organization driving creative direction, messaging, execution and analytics, in efforts to position the organization as investment and business building resource to our strategic account partners and clients.
Develops and communicates product strategy(ies) and innovative marketing programs that drive product demand. Coordinates Marketing activities with: Communications Manager/Coordinator in production, advertising, promotion, and package development; Research and Development, Market Research, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Distribution, Regulatory and Finance.
This position will drive go-to-market approach across all key stakeholders and need to be an effective change agent, strong influencer and relationship builder at all levels of the organization. Key component of this role will be business case and offer development, offer fulfillment, direct marketing tactic and message creation and understanding performance of the campaigns.
