The Director of Quality Management Services is responsible for establishing strategy as well as for the development and direction of the Quality Management System (QMS) for a global, multiple-office business and the services provided by Quality Management Services Department (QMSD) personnel.

The Director of Finance will be a strategic thought-partner and will report to the VP Finance, Vista Outdoor Products. This individual will be responsible for the oversight and execution of finance activities including but not limited to management reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, business analysis, and decision support.
