The Director of Operations provides operational support to all practices assigned to your region. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing practice operations, staffing, business development, marketing, and providing financial analysis and oversight.
The Director of Finance will be a strategic thought-partner and will report to the VP Finance, Vista Outdoor Products. This individual will be responsible for the oversight and execution of finance activities including but not limited to management reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, business analysis, and decision support.
The chosen candidate will become a key member of the executive administrative leadership team and holds leadership responsibility for all technically related laboratory operations, service levels, operational budgets and implementation of strategies related to the business functions and patient care activities within the service line across all main campus hospitals, regional hospitals, family health centers and organizations reference laboratory.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation and maintenance of corporate policies and procedures. Promotes problem solving for meeting CCRC resident needs and utilizing community resources and support systems.
