Establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision makers within each customer organization in the territory; developing strategic plans and accurate forecasts for territory and accounts.
Individual should have completed a formal credit training program which covers credit underwriting and financial analysis, sales and marketing, and commercial bank products. Position will require a minimum of four years of banking experience with a middle market commercial bank. Individual should have experience interfacing with commercial bank clients, developing and maintaining a prospect list, managing a middle market commercial portfolio, and cross-selling commercial bank products.
The right candidate will have the knowledge and experience to manage a sales team that focuses on establishing new dealer / contractor relationships selling equipment from 5 ton to 2500 tons (rooftops to chillers).
