In this role, the selected candidate will manage the day-to-day operations at a defined location; responsible for all functions and financial metrics in a group of branches in a specific business segment or small geography.
The candidate would be responsible for managing and participating in daily operations management and customer service of the branch location. Candidate will have a high level of interaction with the direct customer, fielding customer calls, responsible for the highest level of customer service.
The On-Site Branch Manager recognizes and anticipates the needs of the branch to ensure that budget goals are met and to ensure compliance with all banking laws and regulations. The On-Site Branch Manager regularly directs the work of their employees to effectively identify the financial needs of our customers.
