Provide financial management advice to dealers on cost consolidation, cost saving measures, and potential improvements in financial operating efficiencies; act as a liaison between dealership and internal departments on consumer retail/lease and dealer finance issues.
Supervise assigned staff, including subordinate supervisors, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation; 5. assure quality of Service Center services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits.
Ensure that key customer accounts continue to thrive in a partnership with company; Responsible for any prospect opportunity within their assigned account base in order to advance the business opportunity for new solutions as identified by the region.
Acts as a Primary Point of Contact for our IT Business Operations and our Customers. Facilitates performance reviews with internal Operations and external Customers in order to ensure pro-active, stellar delivery of contractual agreement and structured service improvement initiatives. Facilitates all requests from the customer.
