Responsible and accountable for direct supervision of the total health care delivery system in assigned nursing unit of facility, in conjunction with the delivery of patient care through the process of collecting health status data, nursing diagnosis goal setting, planning, implementation and evaluation.
The RN Nursing Supervisor serves as a clinical operational liaison between the units and the DON, ADON, and Unit Managers. He/she is responsible for the clinical operations of the Nursing Units including ensuring compliance with the company policies and procedures, practice standards and regulations.
