The HR Project Manager is responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of the implementation of a Global HCM Project ensuring consistency with company/HR strategy, commitments, and goals.
In this role, the selected candidate will review, evaluate, and analyze work environments and design programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent injuries or accidents. Inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices, in order to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
In this role, you will be responsible to manage industrial relations activities including work rules, safety programs, attendance, and discipline. Promote a participative environment and pro-active union avoidance. Seek ways to expand communications and associate involvement. Manage salaried employee relations' issues.

all plant Human Resource functions and activities. Assist all salaried personnel and union plant employees as needed. Promote all Human Resource initiatives, policies and programs.
In this role, you will supports operating units by implementing human resources programs and solving performance problems.Performs duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting designated geographic regions.
