In this role, you will be responsible for providing HR support to all salaried and hourly employees and management through effective communication and administration across all functions of the facility. Under the direction of the HR Manager, the HR Generalist oversees recruitment, employee development, employee relations/labor relations, policy/contract interpretation, compensation administration and legal compliance.
In this role, the selected candidate should be able to understand customer requirements and write functional/technical specification documents for RICEFs; should be able to work with Interfaces to third party systems.
In this role, you will assist in monitoring the skills and capabilities of those assisting with or leading EHS programs, recommend training, and provide day-to-day coaching, feedback and functional direction.
