The major competencies to include recruiting, performance management, legal compliance, associate relations, and training.
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. The primary function of this position is to maintain company policy and procedure while managing all functional areas within the Human Resources Department.
In this role, the selected candidate should be able to understand customer requirements and write functional/technical specification documents for RICEFs; should be able to work with Interfaces to third party systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and/or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs, including the coordination with outside staffing agencies to secure agency employees based on departmental needs.
