In this role you will monitors operation and maintains refrigeration, water cooling and air conditioning equipment; boilers, heating, ventilating and hot water equipment; pumps, valves, piping and filters.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure the operations achieve highest efficiency and quality possible through support of capital planning, systems controls, general engineering, project management and overall maintenance.
This position is to drive and support productivity, quality, and cost improvement goals, as well as new product implementation related to welding, Metallurgy and operations along with serving as the catalyst to stimulate manufacturing-related innovations, designed to continually improve our competitive position as a low cost/high quality supplier.
In this role, the selected candidate will diagnose system emergencies when they arise and persevere until they are resolved; familiar with QA/server automation and tools, including Selenium, and SOAPUI.
This position is responsible for management and supervision of maintenance personnel, full utilization of existing plant equipment, and facilitates to maintain optimum quality and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
In this role, the selected candidate will participate in technical requirements and design sessions; contribute to the design application solution, which will support the current and future Information Systems strategy.
This person will interface with customers, suppliers, test labs, production manufacturing facilities, and several internal engineering groups (drive line, gear technology, truck axles, brakes, vehicle dynamics, analytical mechanics, experimental mechanics, materials, etc).
In this role, the selected candidate will participate as an effective technical advisor as demonstrated by the ability to mentor others; design and develop effective business solutions; and lead project teams so that all project tasks are completed as assigned.
