The Field Sales Representative develops new and existing dealer relationships in-person and via telephone, as a trusted business partner, assessing the dealers wholesale needs. Success is this role is measured by vehicles sold and purchased at ADESA from all dealers within the territory.
This position is primarily responsible for designing, developing, and supporting new and existing reports, designing, programming, deploying Business Intelligence (BI) and developing BI dashboards to meet the company needs.
The primary objective of the sale representative is to meet established sales goals by delivering real value to our customers through designated products. The successful representative will demonstrate the ability to target and manage their territory strategically while operating within an assigned budget.
In this role, the selected candidate will sell, under general supervision, MSC products, services, and value ads by visiting and interacting with established and prospective customers to ensure the achievement of individual and corporate sales and profit goals.
In this role, you will maintain accurate, detailed and comprehensive knowledge of the potential of each account in territory, as well as, prepare and conduct regular business reviews to impact customer growth opportunities.
In this role, the selected candidate will troubleshoot and implement contingencies as needed to address circumstances and meet demands; act as the liaison between client, carrier, shipper and receiver.
In this role, the selected candidate must have experience developing a sales strategy, including the techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment, and in business development activities including prospecting, networking, and partnering.
