The Business Analyst is responsible for the review, analyze, and evaluate processes, systems, and user needs for planned projects based on the business plan of the enterprise. The Business Analyst is involved in the development of business cases, facilitation of analysis workshops, the selection of the most effective solution and the definition and management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure enterprise operational and IT deliverables meet the requirements of the enterprise.
The Business Analyst shall be responsible for performing strategic business analyses for clients of the company. This includes cataloguing and documenting business processes and sub-processes in order to discover functional needs for the integration of the company.
In this role, the selected candidate will help the team explore new features by creating wireframes and prototypes in tools like Balsamiq or ProtoShare, serve as the liaison between business and technical teams.

In this role, the selected candidate must have a hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst or a related discipline with an emphasis on delivering cutting edge technology within finance.
