In this role, the selected candidate supports manufacturing engineering & test engineering by: utilizing statistical tools, such as SPC, to analyze and evaluate data to improve processes and products; verification/validation of automated production test tooling; evaluating measurement accuracy, uncertainties and pass/fail criteria and data; determining test methods, plans or procedures; and writing formal reports.
The Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst will report to the SQA Manager, participating in all assigned activities related to the planning, coordination, execution and reporting of all test initiatives required to validate software applications.
The Quality Engineer will drive the quality assurance activities in the manufacturing plant. Work with multi-functional teams to develop and implement quality initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
In this role, you will review inbound, outbound or written communication or processes and evaluate Advocate performance based on criteria and impact patient experience, to determine scorecard ratings. Monitor and assess compliance within assigned area.
