Performs analysis of business processes and data that pertain to business issues. Provides reporting solutions and data metric analysis that may identify business trends and results. Utilizes data analysis to explain business issues and financial implications, recommend workflow improvements, or enable business unit to improve workflow processes.
Serving as a technology liaison to the IT organization, sales, finance, product, customer service, and other internal stakeholders by identifying common organizational, business process, data management, and technology integration issues.
Works with Product Development to determine market need and viability of new products as well as rate needs and changes to current structure; demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
In this role, the selected candidate will mentor and train client business stakeholders in key Pega technology functionality. Provide technical training and user support to technical and business groups.
