The Plant Manager will be responsible for Machining operations for high volume metals manufacturing facility. General duties will include; management of employees and all metals aspects of facility such as Megapress; meeting deadlines and budgets; ensuring all materials are in order for customer supply and demand.
In this role, the selected candidate will be supervising and managing the maintenance team in a semiconductor manufacturing environment; driving equipment maintenance to push continuous improvement in equipment uptime.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan, lead, organize, and proactively manage Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, Inventory Management, Receiving, Service Parts fulfillment, Shipping, and Facility Maintenance within a matrix organization with both solid line and dotted line relationships with goal of ensuring customer commitments are met for quality and timely delivery.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop, maintain and implement safety/environmental procedures, programs, incentive programs and awareness material to reduce, control and eliminate occupational safety/ environmental and health hazards.
In this role, the selected candidate will directly supervises all production Supervisors/Team Managers on all shifts; responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all subordinate personnel.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop the budget and controls for department spending at budgeted levels; maintain actual cost of goods at or below standard. Investigates ways to reduce scrap waste out-of-specification and contaminated ingredients.
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing the engineering staff and activities among the production units in the plant, including mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and materials engineering.
