The Director of Rehabilitation position is critical in our organization, setting the tone for leadership in our rehab department as well as a valued member of the senior leadership team at the facility.
Responsible for all foodservice-related activities; including patient care, non-patient care (retail, cafeteria, catering etc), quality improvement, sanitation, infection control and all hospital-related activities.
Develops alliances with the provider community through the development and implementation of the medical management programs. As needed, may represent the business unit before various publics both locally and nationally on medical philosophy, policies, and related issues. Represents the business unit at appropriate state committees and other ad hoc committees.
Lead weekly financial pacing meeting with business leadership team. Consolidate inputs from across the business into a meaningful analysis that includes actuals and the to-go forecast for the month and the quarter to historical data and to the budget.
This position oversees staffing, budgeting, patient, employee and physician satisfaction, monitors volume and provides education/coaching to staff in regard to hospital policies, procedures and training of new processes and equipment.
The selected candidate is responsible of a new generation of products, their development roadmap and its P&L. The business line director oversees efficient operations of the production activities, from its logistics to one cycle ahead customer service, with a strong link to the sales team establishing launch programs and promotions.
The Director of Sales and Marketing position is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
