Lead a team that is responsible for the design and implementation of sales compensation plans/programs for the company's Business Channels; ensure competitiveness, equity and alignment with the company's business objectives and talent strategy.
Manages day-to-day service for clients including customer claims, billing, eligibility, and service issues. Properly sets expectations for issue resolution, monitors progress and communicates outcomes. Updates BenefitPoint in a timely manner including updates to on-going activity. Conducts quarterly service status calls to assigned book of business clients.
Manage the planning and direction of departmental financial or decision support projects and the supervision of staff. Oversees the efficient operation and cost-effectiveness of operating systems and programs.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain current, extensive technical knowledge of reward practices, trends and legislative/regulatory activities as they affect the organizations compensation policies and programs.
In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with payroll, HR, HRIS, Finance and Sales on sales compensation-related analyses; create and maintain Internal, External, and Global Sales rep tables by adding, terminating and changing reps in the system.
