Sales Representative is responsible for the sales of research products and services within a defined territory, serving customers engaged in pharmaceutical, biomedical, chemical, and other fields of research and development, as well as quality assurance labs such as in food and environmental testing.
Responsible for identifying and building relationships between prospective customers and company. The incumbent understands the customer priorities and is adept at positioning solutions to meet those needs.
Supports payments and appeals related to commissions and promotions in the prepaid Indirect dealer channel. Works with Marketing to define promotion rules and works with third party commissions vendor to set up each promotion systematically. Assists with daily QA and approval for promotion payments and coordinates with Finance on settlements. Supports analysis and resolution for commission and promotion appeal escalations, and works with third party commissions vendor to ensure timely resolution.

Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences utilizing established mathematical/statistical methodologies.
