Supports payments and appeals related to commissions and promotions in the prepaid Indirect dealer channel. Works with Marketing to define promotion rules and works with third party commissions vendor to set up each promotion systematically. Assists with daily QA and approval for promotion payments and coordinates with Finance on settlements. Supports analysis and resolution for commission and promotion appeal escalations, and works with third party commissions vendor to ensure timely resolution.
Performs analysis of business processes and data that pertain to business issues. Provides reporting solutions and data metric analysis that may identify business trends and results. Utilizes data analysis to explain business issues and financial implications, recommend workflow improvements, or enable business unit to improve workflow processes.
The responsibilities will include full end to end measurement from sales to retention on to proposed win-back opportunities by highlighting the full journey and interaction based analytics needed to drive the business
Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences utilizing established mathematical/statistical methodologies.
