The Registered Nurse delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process by demonstrating appropriate assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation of the patients care as evidenced by patient/staff observation.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working independently to provide maintenance nursing services to medically-stable clients in their homes, and also time spent assisting the nursing supervisor at our Springfield office.
Performs diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations and other related procedures. Inserts small catheters through a needle into the blood vessels and into the heart so that X - rays, angiograms and other recordings can be taken to determine the heart's structure and function.
Leads and coordinates the daily workflow in home health/hospice. Keeps in close and effective communication with staff. Ensures care coordination and service quality and participates in all quality initiatives.
In this role, you will provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and the public about various health conditions, and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.
