In this role, you will be responsible for creating the business requirements document (brd) which aligns the high level business processes to the specific use cases. He or she will be the primary liaison between the business teams and the project team and represent the user interests in system design and software configuration planning meetings.
The Human Resource Specialist provides support to Iola Facility. Communicates human resource services, initiatives and programs and has responsibility for activities including employee relations, immigration, project management, compliance and pursuit of HR functional excellence.
The HRBP serves as a liaison between the business line and HR to assess human resources needs in areas such as employment, performance management, compensation, career development and management development, and competency development.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for the designated business unit to either deliver or broker services that address issues pertinent to HR and business unit alignment, organizational effectiveness, and /or leadership capabilities.
