The Director of Marketing will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the marketing plan and performing administrative duties as they pertain to all marketing tools and programs.
The Executive Director - HR leads efforts to maintain positive co-worker relations including resolving co-worker issues and concerns. Promotes strategic plans and activities designed to ensure that company reaches opertational goals and expectations.
Responsible for all foodservice-related activities; including patient care, non-patient care (retail, cafeteria, catering etc), quality improvement, sanitation, infection control and all hospital-related activities.
Represent the company on all relevant special projects and customer initiatives. Participate on supplier collaboration board, Retail Link Users Group (RLUG), CPG manufacturer benchmarking, and facilitation of best practices.
Provide leadership to the Verona/Sarcoxie facilities to meet the strategic plan for palatants. Responsible for managing all Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the facilities, including Safety, Quality, Operating Expense, Yields, Specific consumption ratios, FTE needed to produce, Safety and Environmental issues, and maintenance costs.
Responsible for directing the activities of the Food Service Commercial and Non-commercial Operator Business in a specific geographic territory or with specific groups of customers and market segments.
Prepare reports on operations performance and strategy implementation for Mercy and Mercy Clinic/Ambulatory Care Senior Leadership, Board of Directors and Regional/Community leadership groups as assigned.
