The Group Account Director will take the lead to build and grow client relationships, providing thought leadership and positioning the agency as a strategic business partner with senior level clients. You oversee the hands-on integration and implementation of shopper marketing and digital solutions with industry leading brands and retailers.
The successful candidate will be a business- and results-focused leader who has the highest ethical and professional standards. The candidate will have a proven record of running profitable revenues in a growth organization.
In this role, you will develop field execution plans for customer programs and promotions, coordinating with marketing and field resources and develop and maintain account dashboards nationally, regionally and at district level.
This position will also be required to manage, train and assist the broker in each market area to ensure the right customer is being called on by the right sales associate with no duplication of effort.
