In this role, the successful candidate will direct supervisory accountability for all positions, employees, operations, and activities within the assigned patient care area; including coordination staff training, assigning and reviewing work, and evaluating performance independently or in conjunction with a higher-level supervisor/manager.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area; recommend staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination.
In this role, the selected candidate will supervise, coach, monitor, advise and provide feedback to associates to achieve individual and department goals; ensure resolution of escalated customer service issues.
In this position, you will manage program(s) per the scope of work, program, and standard operating procedures within the contracted budget. Manage day-to-day activity of the program operation, including supervision of staff. Develops the team of front line employees assigned to the program(s). Monitor program statistics and metrics. Resolve complex cases.
The incumbent is responsible for driving current and future manufacturing performance in the areas of Safety, Productivity, Cost, Quality, Delivery and Morale using TPM operating framework. This includes managing the shift crew and manufacturing activities as well as working individually and on teams to identify areas of opportunity to cause beneficial change.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide on-going coaching to each Patient Care Advocates (PCA) on their team concerning quality, reliability, accountability and productivity; ensure service levels and performance guarantees are met.
