The Production Supervisor position is responsible for supervising employees in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the production process from raw material input to final product packaging on a manufacturing shift.
Assist, as directed by management, in the consolidation in the tax software of certain components, and generally assist in the reconciliation of items to the financial statements and/or supporting tax documents.
Responsible for the direct supervision of assigned department or functional group. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers by determining work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow by properly utilizing employees and their hours. Assigns duties and examines work for conformance to policies and procedure.
The Operations Supervisor is accountable for the day-to-day operation of a department within the Sephora Distribution Center. The emphasis is on effectively planning work in order to meet established timelines and effective supervision of associates to achieve critical operational goals in the areas of productivity, quality, safety, and housekeeping.
Manage performance review process (APEX) including coaching & counseling to improve performance and support positive employee relations; perform quarterly check-ins with production operators to ensure performance conversations are on-going. Manage all performance related documentation and corrective actions.
