Maintain strong relationship with traffic, accounting, marketing and production to keep sales support moving in a positive direction while increasing productivity; conduct weekly sales meetings as a forum to share information, motivate and train staff, and provide teambuilding opportunities.
The company utilizes the office and position of General Manager as the direct informational link between the Board of Directors and the staff. This is a highly demanding position and one that truly oversees every aspect of the company. The General Manager is given full authority by the Board of Directors to act on its behalf.
