In this role, the selected candidate will manage and improve distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising; develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts and sell win/win business plans.
As an independent contractor, you will sell our lead-generation marketing tool/custom-branded publication business-to-business. Buyers primarily include real estate-related businesses, title companies, escrow companies, developers, financial institutions, realtor associations/boards, individual realtors, mortgage brokers, and other companies interested in a lead-generation tools and/or a branded resource/relocation guide.
The focus is on developing BI dashboards, reports, and applications which will be adopted cross-functionally and throughout our organization to enable business users to easily find, manipulate, and evaluate data, making informed decisions to optimize our global value chain.
In this role, you will be responsible for
acquiring professional level Finance, IT, or other corporate work experience alongside assigned leaders and professionals. Participates in the Leadership Development Program (LDP) through rotational assignments. Gains the broadest possible leadership development experience through reading material, observation, hands-on job performance, participation in meetings and successful completion of training assignments and moderately complex projects.
In this role, you will create and implement strategically sound business plans and tactical strategies within the assigned geographic territory to achieve individual, territory and company goals for sales, market share, call metrics, appropriate sample distribution, etc.
In this role, you will articipate in company training programs and assignments within prescribed areas, which may include, but not limited to, Finance and IT. Participates and completes special projects of a moderately complex nature.
