Plans, organizes, maintains and develops training materials, programs and/or curricula to meet specific business objectives. Consults with clients and/or subject matter experts to determine training needs. Monitors emerging training and development trends and standards. Develops learning assessments and training evaluations and analyzes results.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform mechanical design of transformers including main tank, piping, support structures, transportation requirements, lifting and handling attachments, conservator system, sound reduction panels, heat exchanger/cooling system, foundation interface, and design of structural components inside the main tank, including the short-circuit withstand design of the core clamping system and main tank.
Responsible for planning the use and layout of the space and decorating with color, furniture, fixtures, etc and develops drawings, presentations, and cost estimates and coordinates the work of contractors.
In this role, the selected candidate will research our business and users, understand, empathize, and tell stories that guide product strategy; collaborate with project managers and product owners to create clean and intuitive designs and user flows.
