The ideal candidate will have responsibility for supporting selected areas within the Operations Accounting and Reporting team which is responsible for accounting, reporting and analysis for certain US, Canada, Puerto Rico and Global processes.
Under limited supervision, applies cash and accrual accounting principles to prepare, analyze, maintain and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a moderately complex portfolio of CBRE clients and properties.
In this role, you will be responsible for physical inventories, inventory analysis and reporting out to plant management.
Prepare monthly financial reports - including plant P & L, variance analysis to plan, balance sheet control and provide insights for improvement.
This candidate is responsible for coordinating efforts of internal process owners and subject matter expertise. He/she will develop contingency plans to eliminate obstacles to on-time and on-budget completion of the project.
