The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing plan to drive new and renewal business, including in-person visits, telemarketing and distribution of marketing materials for insurance company partners. Evaluate, classify, and rate each risk to determine acceptability, coverage, and pricing.
Using independant judgement to identify risks and mitigants, prepares and effectively recommends loan offerings based on scorecards, such as risk ratings, by analyzing credit, collateral strength and financial worthiness of loan/transaction parties. If relevant, performs ongoing credit risk management for assigned portfolio.
Analyzes the creditworthiness of borrowers, identifies key credit issues and prepares full written analysis according to available information and established policies and procedures accurately and timely including completion of FOCUS underwriting document and all components thereof.
