Experience in the creation and support of SharePoint sites, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products to include Microsoft Exchange, technical desktop (Windows and Mac) and mobile device (iOS and Android) expertise, and ability to clearly and accurately document technical solutions. Excellent technical troubleshooting skills are a must.
Participate in discussions to gather requirements for business product/system enhancements. In addition, the position will use in depth knowledge to perform root cause and trend analysis of key metrics to support various projects.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining device compliance and health; this includes tracking down PCs that have broken SCCM clients, are out of compliance with updates, or are reported to have application or operating system issues.
The Workstation Specialist will be responsible for assisting PennDOT staff by supporting hardware and software installation and troubleshooting services. Candidate must possess the ability to install and configure PC hardware, peripherals, and software in both a network and stand-alone environment is required.
