providing Client and Server based software support which includes technical user support, creation/maintenance of user documentation and training, administrative configuration, development and site management.

The Technical Specialist is a senior level resource with specialized knowledge and experience in Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and the Windows server operating systems. He/she will work closely with our lead email support engineer to maintain, upgrade, and introduce new functionality to the existing Microsoft Exchange / Office 365 environment.
The Tech Specialist will provide internal control program management and develop/maintain tools to integrate internal and external corrosion control data which may include chemical treatments, monitoring and production data to enhance the integrity of our assets.
In this role, you will identify cost avoidance opportunities such as managing global process for assessing and implementing duty drawback situations Develop and implement key metrics for the import operations and compliance areas.
Provide support and mentorship to IT Help Desk Technicians; assist with answering service desk calls supporting employees across the organization; troubleshoot and resolve IT related problems, escalate as necessary
