The Sales Engineer is responsible for providing industry expertise technical support and presenting technical solutions to the sales and business solution teams that result in retaining and increasing revenue and clients.
The Sales Support Specialist will provide technical expertise regarding our pharmacy solutions and will consult with the Sales Executives, Account Executives and Account Managers to meet the Sales/Revenue needs of the McKesson Pharmacy Systems.
This role provides inside engineering support for the sales force of the Strategic Accounts business within the company, working with only the largest and highest priority commercial HVAC customer accounts to provide specifications and systems solutions.
In this role, you will analyze proprietary software log files, stack traces as well as various related technology logs for root cause problem determination and providing the appropriate solution or next steps.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain efficient and detailed written records on all customers and reports; make product recommendations; write a weekly itinerary and forward to Regional Sales Manager.
